Welcome aboard! Thank you for registering with us. We endeavour to provide you a quality and efficient herbal granule dispensary service at a reasonable price. Find out what we have to offer below. Please read carefully our terms and conditions and policies, then proceed with your online ordering of herbal granules.

Our Price structure

We charge a base rate of 60 cents per gram (with exceptions of some granules that are much more expensive to purchase*, eg. Ren Shen, Ling Zhi etc. You will receive discounts at various price brackets as per the table below. As you can see the more you order the cheaper it becomes. Please be advised that our minimum order value is $25.00.

Please note that discounts apply to each individual prescription only, not for the combined total of multiple prescriptions.

*Granules that are more expensive

The following herbal granules are charged at a higher rate. Each one is charged depending on its purchasing price.

Chan tui, Chuan bei mu, Di long, E jiao, Hong qu, Huang lian, Gui ban, Ling zhi, Lu rong, Qiang huo, Quan xie, Rou cong rong, Ren shen, San qi, Sang piao xiao, Shui zhi, Suan zao ren, Tai zi shen, Tian ma, Xi yang shen, Xue jie, Zao xiu, and Zhu ling.

Shelf life of herbal granules

Most of our granules have 1 to 2 years of shelf life. However, to be on the conservative side, the expiry date on the patient’s label will be 6 months from the date the prescription is filled. Please ensure that your patient does not keep unfinished prescriptions, or a fresh consultation needs to be conducted before your patient retakes the unfinished prescription to make sure it is still appropriate for your patient’s condition(s).

Colour coded system for the following categories

Animal products include: animals, insects, parts / by-products / waste products of animals and insects, and fossilized animal bones.

Marine products include: parts / shells of sea creatures, sea weeds / plants.

Minerals include: mineral rocks.

Gluten is potentially found in these herbs.

Terms and conditions

It is the practitioner’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The dosage instructions, the name and address details of the patient are correct.
     
  • Your patient is advised that your prescription may contain mineral and/or animal products when appropriate or necessary.

Returns policy

  • Prescriptions are non refundable unless received in damaged condition
     
  • Upon receiving a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours in writing with photo(s) of the damaged item
     
  • Full refund including postage will be given if the item is received in damaged condition

Privacy policy

We comply with the Privacy Legislation Acts of the Commonwealth and State Governments of Australia and in accordance with the Acts we recognise each persons right to privacy and confidentiality. As such:

  • Only relevant personal information will be collected with prior Consent.
     
  • Requests for personal information can be made by contacting us.
     
  • Personal information will not be disclosed without prior consent from the individual.
     
  • All confidential information will be archived or disposed of securely.
     
  • We do not sell or share email addresses or any other information collected at this web site.
